Which browsers are planned to be supported by the Commons Origins theme?

Currently things are looking pretty good in Chrome/FF, but things are pretty ugly in IE7 and 8.

We are supporting as low as IE8, but with progressive enhancement in mind. So things should work, and be laid out properly, but will not look as fancy. If there is anything that does not match that criteria, then I would like to know about it. Separate tickets and issues with screenshots an OS information would be very appreciated.

I should also mention that a responsive layout will also not work in IE8 as that browser does not support media queries.
