I am using the Views Exposed Groups module to help group together a large amount of filters. Though I was also using Views Dependent Filters module to help hide filters unless the user selects a value from a depends-on filter. Also I had auto-submit enabled.

Auto-Submit and Views Dependent Filters broken when Grouped Filter was enabled. I installed Views Hacks which allowed me to get Auto-Submit to start working, but Dependent Filters is still not working.
