I have a webform with a bunch of fields and fieldsets. When at the top-level (not grouped into fieldsets), all fields save. When grouped into fieldsets, some fields save and some don't. No errors is the error log, no errors on the screen.

I sure this works in the current versions. Certainly works in 4.1
