I've tried installing this on various Drupal 5.3 installations, one of them a totally clean installation - I can create the view and set the view type as 'action view' and it creates the view successfully, but when I go to view the new view, I get the following error:

warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in */modules/action_view/action_view.module on line 228.
