I'm not sure if #1974208: Rename "Cancel" to "Cancel account" to help translators. will really go in as it may be discussable if delete should be changed everywhere. Just to make sure that admin_views users see the correct name the admin_views module views should define the correct string to make sure the link name is delete.

The current naming causes context sensitive translation issues and cannot properly translated in very many languages like German.
