Hash tag in iframe URL causes webkit browsers to jump to video on page

So I found this relatively obscure bug where if you have a # in the SRC of your iframe URL, webkit will jump to the iframe on page load instead of showing the page at the top.

At first I thought it was a renegade JS .scrollTop(), but it ended up being this. I'd suggest suppressing output of the # in the src in future D6/D7 builds to avoid the problem. There's really no reason to include it to begin with.
