When I was patching earlier I noticed there were a couple coding standards issues. Ran it through coder and produced this diff.

Thanks for pointing out the Coding standards issues.

Used PHPStorm tp fix up most of the code formatting warnings.

@file still needs to be added to most files, but I'll take time to add a meaningful description and not just placeholder descriptions.
