So I installed the module and added it to my Comments form. I have tested Image Captcha and Math Captcha, both when logged out, just refreshes the page when you submit. No warnings, errors, nothing. You just get your comment form with all the stuff you entered and a new captcha.

I have tried opening up comments to skip approval process, no good. Have cleared cache, no good. Am I missing something? Perhaps the Beta2 is the wrong one to be using and I should use the dev?

From those symptoms, I would say it's a (page) caching problem.

Have cleared cache, no good.

What cache did you clear?

Cleared all. Used drush cc all and the GUI cache clear provided by the admin menu dev tools mod.

This had fallen to the waist side over the last few months because I got so busy with other things. I have been getting a lot of spam emails and comments though on the site so I am going to work on this finally because I am sick of all these emails. Will work on this tonight but won't have a response until Friday.

I failed to save captcha parameter . Is there any conflicting module which can prevent administrator to configure CAPTCHA?

The general settings failed to save instead it give an status report viz. "Cleared the CAPTCHA placement cache." The screen shot enclosed.

I created a different module folder and it worked. So it seem that there must be some conflicting modules which prevent Captcha to work properly.
