hi I need some help, I made my own layout and it shows up fine but when I change my css such as the colors. I check my drupal site and refresh and page and it still shows up as the same colors, nothing changes at all. How come this happens? is there a way to fix this or refresh the site?

did u clear your browser's cache? that used to happen to me whenever i forgot to clear the cache after making modifications to my css. the rule: always clear cache 1st before viewing changes made to the css. hope that helps.

Depends on the browser u r using. I'm using Firefox. In my case, i click: Tools -> Clear Private Data. Make sure only 'cache' is selected; unless of course if i want to remove those other things. And don't forget to click the 'Refresh / Reload' button when viewing after making changes (actually, this is an alternative to clearing cache, just click on the 'Refresh / Reload' button enough till it displays the changes).

a thought...
are you using css aggregation? if so, and you wish to see your results immediately, turn it off. i might also recommend leaving it off until your theme is complete, or you will continue to see these problems. i think.
if not, try changing themes, then change back. i have had problems in the past where a theme appears to be "stuck". don't know enough about the inner workings to tell you why. there may also be something related to a refresh...

well it still seems to not work, I dunno why, maybe its because its my own website layout? anyway I'm just gonna try and edit the files and then reload the folder again and see if that works.
I also need help on this, I wanted to see how it would look if I put my site offline so yea I set it to offline to see how the message appears and now I cant get back in lol. How do I go back in and set it back to online?
