on term edit page you can see the changes after save. but can not find in the source code of the term page.

The TVI module changes how taxonomy term pages are managed internally, we'll just need to work out the best approach to handling them. FYI I don't use this module myself, which is why Metatag doesn't already support it, I just use Panels instead.
