I'm not sure whether I need to do something with my code in cck_address to support importing or if you need to do something with node_import's code. If there's an API or something, point me in the right direction so I can make changes, otherwise, please add support for cck_address and cck_fullname to this module.

Likely this problem is a result of the bug here: http://drupal.org/node/105982. You could try the last patch posted there, http://drupal.org/node/105982#comment-642589. If that indeed seems to be the same issue, please mark this issue as a duplicate.
