I am using Skinr 7.x-2.0-beta1 (on Drupal 7.21) for theming, but after updating (running update.php) Chaos tool suite to version 7.1.3 all my theme specific Skinr styles are no longer visible/available.

I have included 2 screendumps of one of the blocks, before and after the update.

While this may ultimately be a CTools bug, the bug appears in skinr so the skinr maintainers need to investigate and determine if it's skinr or ctools at fault.

Have you tried clearing cache?

Do you have any skins listed on /admin/structure/skinr ?
How about on /admin/structure/skinr/library , are any checkboxes enabled?
Thirdly, are your themes still enabled on /admin/appearance (there's been issues where the themes got disabled in the past)

If all of the above pan out, can you dump the contents of your skinr* tables in your DB?

Thank you moonray, it was indeed a combination of clearing the cache and making sure the theme was still enabled!
