Bugreport echo module

Hi,
With updating commons to latest commons-3-dev. I got following errors:

Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML() [domdocument.loadhtml]: Tag hgroup invalid in Entity, line: 90 in echo_requirements() (regel 22 van sites/all/modules/echo/echo.install).
Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML() [domdocument.loadhtml]: Tag nav invalid in Entity, line: 100 in echo_requirements() (regel 22 van sites/all/modules/echo/echo.install).
Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML() [domdocument.loadhtml]: Tag header invalid in Entity, line: 136 in echo_requirements() (regel 22 van sites/all/modules/echo/echo.install).
Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML() [domdocument.loadhtml]: Tag section invalid in Entity, line: 149 in echo_requirements() (regel 22 van sites/all/modules/echo/echo.install).

They are gone by updaing cache, but still I do not think they should shown, right?
