Add a footer that is specific to a particular book, shown only on certain pages

Considered essential for the new handbook (can this be dealt with through themes?).

Basically would like to add a text to tell people how to donate / update pages on the bottom of every page in the book itself. Being able to change the bottom links of a book page on a book specific level would also be, personally, very nice.
