I get this error and does not work
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'access_type' in 'having clause'
I uninstalled views and I reinstalled importing the view and does not work
I need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

If not - what view are you trying to create anyway? What SQL it generates?

The problem is already solved.
The problem was in the database.
I have recovered a backup and I have updated the parties and the content with another backup.
Drupal always gives many problems with updates and more in complex sites.
