The following error report displays when going to the modules administration page:

"warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/{mysite}/public_html/modules/system/system.admin.inc on line 542."

This message is repeated several times (presumably for each module that it is checking for a dependency).

I had initially upgraded to beta3 from beta2. However, this error message still displays after I have done a new installation and reconfigured the site to my existing database.

Can't reproduce this in beta4. Are you using any contrib modules?
