I am experiencing a strange behavior that was also posted on stackoverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7984669/drupal-7-unable-to-update-ava...)

When I activate Domain Configuration Module I am not able to make changes to content type menu configuration. No errors, no logs. The changes are simply not saved.

I tracked the problem down to Domain Configuration by turning off modules one by one until I hit the spot.

Other Domain Modules do not produce this effect (except Domain Settings, because it needs Domain Configuration to run)

Any Idea what this might be?

Not a bug. Menu settings are per domain if using Domain Conf. There should, in fact, be a large warning to that effect.
