This is a minor change but right now when you first look at the project page it does not say Drupal Commerce. This is just a minor change that would make the module easier to find.

P.S. Yes I know its in the README :)

I don't understand, this module doesn't have anything to do with Drupal Commerce (the module).
What do you want the project page to say, exactly, and why?

Yep, this module does not integrate with Drupal Commerce. Maybe we could say, "If you don't want to use Drupal Commerce or Ubercart for recurring payments", but that situation isn't necessarily the case. You could integrate Recurly with Drupal Commerce in another module built on top of this one. So as-is, I think everything is fine.
