On a site with a bunch of reorderable views, it'd be just a nice addition if the module could provide sort of a dashboard of all re-orderable views defined for the site.
I imagine such a dashboard to be available at admin/reorder or admin/structure/views/reorder and display a table of such Views. Each row should obviously provide a link to edit the view, but also to do the re-order for each enabled language (currently I have to manually change the language prefix in the address bar, to switch to reordering for a given language).
Of course, the access to the entire dashboard and individual Views should be controlled by permission and roles.
An option could be to display the reorder table in yet another overlay, so to not exit the dashboard context.

I'm postponing this for now, as there are higher priorities.

What you need to do is create reordering blocks. Then add these blocks to your dashboard.
