Supply a 'path' array member in the discovered links so people can use l() without basepath issues

relatedlinks module uses 'url' => url(..) which causes problems when you want to theme your own links with l() base on the $linl['url'], mainly this complicates issues with the base_url getting added twice

supplied path provides extra raw 'path' details to the returned array of links
