Best I can tell the account isn't blocked. Else you wouldn't have been able to login and start this forum discussion. Could you elaborate some more on the issue you are trying to convey>

Yes everything is ok when I am logged but if I want to share my informations to anonymous users I cannot:

anonymous users have never had access to user profiles/trackers and other permission protected areas/content unless they have an account and are logged in.

Then you aren't logged out. When I logout, I can't see my own profile nor yours.

This problem came when I created my git account and tryed to create my first sandbox project.

very odd behavior. Anon users should not have access to profiles. Try cleairng your browser cookies for drupal.org.
if that doesn't work, file an issue in the webmasters issue queue to have someone look at this further. Looks like it's possible that a session is remaining active in some way for your user keeping you at least, partially logged in. Be sure to include the screenshot and link to this forum thread.

In an effort to combat spam we instituted a "not a spammer" role. This role is given to users after a certain number of posts or a certain amount of time. Since you had not posted anything in a while, you didn't have this role. (I checked and you do now.)
Profiles of users who don't have the role are not accessible to google/anyone - this is to help prevent profile spamming.
