LizD commentedJust an update. If I try to add a list in the Mail Chimp Lists and Users screen I also get the WSOD. I have now tried this on two websites on two different servers with the same results. Is the firewall port that needs to be open that may not be?
I really could use some help here or we'll have to look at something besides MailChimp.
Thx
LizD

new123456789 commentedYou might like to check where your libraries directory is?
melixann commentedSame issue for me, I tried everything possible to get the API key working, but my lists don't show up.
Flashed the cache and ran cron, nothing is unblocking the situation.
Any help is is appreciated.
Thank you

jigish.addweb commentedHave you tried with step by step documentation provided by MailChimp? Once try with MailChimp step by step documentation from here you may solve whatever is missed.
Let me know if you still face the same issue.
Thanks!

CountPacMan commented@melixaan: are you still having this issue? What version of the MailChimp module are you using?
fujishooter commentedI've just installed MailChimp and related libraries, etc., created lists at MailChimp.com, and cannot retrieve the lists. My site is behind a firewall. Is there a port the MailChimp module uses to communicate to MailChimp?
CountPacMan commentedUnless you're using webhooks, you only need ports 80 and 443. What version of Libraries module are you using? Do you have the MailChimp API Library installed?

amytswan commented“And now our watch [for support of the 7.x-2.x version of the MailChimp module] has ended…” With the approaching deprecation of MailChimp’s API version 2.0, I’m sad to say we too must turn the page. This branch will become unsupported in early October and officially deprecated by the end of this year (2016).
Fret not! The 7.x-4.x and 8.x versions come highly recommended. Both are using Mailchimp’s new API 3.0 and are being actively maintained. If you find this issue still exists on either the 7.x-4.x or 8.x branches, let us know by opening a new ticket. “What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger!”
