I installed and enabled MailChimp, the Lists module, the Campaigns module and the Activity module. I downloaded and installed the MailChimp API libraries. I created an API key in MailChimp - twice. When I tell Mail Chimp to get lists - it says it is updating them but it returns nothing. The Campaigns tab gives me nothing -just the white screen. There are lists and campaigns in the account. I tried adding the API key to the examples api-key.php file and running some examples. Nothing. There are no errors in the log and it acts like it has connected but clearly something is wrong.

Have I missed a step?

Any help appreciated.

Just an update. If I try to add a list in the Mail Chimp Lists and Users screen I also get the WSOD. I have now tried this on two websites on two different servers with the same results. Is the firewall port that needs to be open that may not be?

I really could use some help here or we'll have to look at something besides MailChimp.

Thx

You might like to check where your libraries directory is?

Same issue for me, I tried everything possible to get the API key working, but my lists don't show up.
Flashed the cache and ran cron, nothing is unblocking the situation.
Any help is is appreciated.

Thank you

Have you tried with step by step documentation provided by MailChimp? Once try with MailChimp step by step documentation from here you may solve whatever is missed.

Let me know if you still face the same issue.

Thanks!

@melixaan: are you still having this issue? What version of the MailChimp module are you using?

I've just installed MailChimp and related libraries, etc., created lists at MailChimp.com, and cannot retrieve the lists. My site is behind a firewall. Is there a port the MailChimp module uses to communicate to MailChimp?

Unless you're using webhooks, you only need ports 80 and 443. What version of Libraries module are you using? Do you have the MailChimp API Library installed?

“And now our watch [for support of the 7.x-2.x version of the MailChimp module] has ended…” With the approaching deprecation of MailChimp’s API version 2.0, I’m sad to say we too must turn the page. This branch will become unsupported in early October and officially deprecated by the end of this year (2016).

Fret not! The 7.x-4.x and 8.x versions come highly recommended. Both are using Mailchimp’s new API 3.0 and are being actively maintained. If you find this issue still exists on either the 7.x-4.x or 8.x branches, let us know by opening a new ticket. “What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger!”
