Is there any way in existing modules to display a list of Existing iMAGES (already uploaded to website) and their details..

You need to set up the image gallery, which is part of the image module. Go to site config/image gallery, enter the settings. Create your categories for the images at content management/categories. Then go to content management/image gallery, and create you galleries. When you add an image, you will place it in a category that you have created, and it will then appear in the correct gallery.
