How can i clear my log files ? with in pypmyadmin , or what ?

On the settings page as admin ( /?q=admin/settings ) you can set "Discard log entries older than:" Requires crontab. For info on cron, see http://drupal.org/node/288

You can also install the dba module, which alows you to clear/view all Drupal database tables from within Drupal. Or use PHPMyAdmin etc., as you said.
