Issue Summary
There needs to be a way to administer a node and allow/disallow the diggthis button on a per node basis.
Why this is needed:
1) if I enable it for pages, the digg button is on all pages. Perhaps there are certain pages that I don't want people to digg.
2) certain secure pages (https), when the digg button appears on the page, it breaks the padlock because it's an unencrypted item that gets downloaded to the otherwise secure page.
It seems like you could add an admisiter diggthis to each node which had administer node access control so that admins could decide if a page should be diggable.

This is a great idea - I came across the same restriction.
Being able to admin Diggs on a more granular level would be a fantastic addition to this module. I notice the Service Links is able to restrict based on taxonomy which is great.

A work around would be to create an identical content type but not enable "digg this" for that type.

Can be done in the version for Drupal 6 by using the diggthis block.
