There is no chance to alter select queries on the affiliated content page. In node_admin_nodes() there is a "node_access" tag, but unfortunately nothing in domain_content_form() function. It will be nice feature and can save a lot of time. )

For custom node filters (e.g. node filter by taxonomy terms). It seems, there is only one place where you can alter select query, otherwise you should overwrite the whole form (domain_content_form) to add only one query tag.
