Add comment about custom module weight for hook_ldap_authorization_maps_alter

For developers making a custom module that hooks into this functionality, they have to ensure that their module comes AFTER the modules that provide the default functionality like drupal_role or OG. Perhaps provide a comment stating that if your custom module needs to be invoked after the buillt in modules, teh system weight has to be updated accordingly?
