Hi guys,

I am using the Video module with Zencoder, everything seems to work fine. The files are being sent to Zencoder which are then converted to mp4 and sent back to our files/video/converted folder which are playable if downloaded via FTP, However on the node that was created this error message gets displayed,

The video conversion process has failed. You might want to submit a simpler video format like mpeg or divx avi.
If the problem persists contact your website administrator. Please check logs for further debugging.

Any suggestions?

There are no error messages in the log and the post back from Zencoder doesn't say there were any errors.

What are the Zencoder settings you're using, especially the one in the Advanced fieldset?

The Zencoder settings I have are default. I installed the Zencoder module plus library and then enabled it at admin/config/media/video/transcoders where I created an account and got an API key.

I think I have fixed it. I changed my Zencoder API key in Drupal to the Integration API which I generated at https://app.zencoder.com/api

Please try the next 7.x-2.x-dev version. Also see #1991534: Error says "The video conversion process has failed", but it hasn't .
