Thanks for reporting, but this has already been fixed by dman in commit http://drupalcode.org/project/imagecache_actions.git/commit/709c745. Maybe we could make issues for changes we make ourselves (i.e changes not based on an existing issue) but most of the times I'm too lazy for that. On the other hand, it can save us and our users some time later.
