Being able to display other file entities

I don't know if this has to be asked here or in "File Entity".
I would like to display other file entities with the video, in my case a description under the video.
In the settings for the field in a node the choice is limited to "Video player" and "Video thumbnail" which doesn't allow the display of other possibles file entities (text, date, time,...).
