[~ Simplenews Module ~] no confirmation on submit / subscribe when set on anonymous

Hi,

I installed the simplenews module and set the permissions where anonymous users can sign up to the newsletter, but when they submit their email there is no confirmation. It does send out a confirmation email to them, but once the person clicks on submit on the page it just refreshes and doesnt give a confirmation if it has registered the email.
