Having a problem editing or exporting a rule component that I can both see in the database table and is listed in the Rules UI. Every time I click on it, it reports a page not found error. Any advice?

How did you create this component? To file a bug report, list specific steps to reproduce the problem on a clean install of Drupal 7.

I'm getting not found every time I try to do something with a rule.

404: /admin/config/workflow/rules/reaction/manage/rules_/add/2/condition

404: /admin/config/workflow/rules/reaction/manage/rules_/add/1/action

Something wonky.

We've experienced this same issue and normally resolve it by clearing the cache a few times.

It happens intermittently with new components, so I'll try to find the steps to reproduce it and look into what's causing it.
