I tried to use advanced ranges feature, and it was buggy. I had two issues with it:

- New, empty ranges appear when using infinite endpoints.
- Count of elements are not always correct.

I'm using Apache Solr 3.6.2 and Search Api 1.4.

I made a patch for this issue.

I only tested it on my environment with apache solr, so I suggest trying it with other backends too.

I think it was only a typo, but I keep it on "needs work" until I can spend more time on testing.
