Currently you can map a Drupal field to the Salesforce Id field (e.g. Contact ID) and set the sync direction to "Drupal to SF", "Sync", or "SF to Drupal". Salesforce will reject an upsert if it contains the Salesforce ID field. An error should be displayed to users if they attempt to set "Drupal to SF"/"Sync" for this mapping, or perhaps the radio buttons for those options should be hidden?
