The filter configuration form shows loads of extra settings because it adds emvideo_widget_settings('form'). This is things like "Store remote thumbnails for this field" from emthumb, captions, audio descriptions, and a whole lot more.

None of these settings do anything.

The reason being that eminline never invokes those extras.
