Data to compare: [userpoints-transaction:tid] not working

I tried to add this condition in both 7.x - 1.0, 7.x - 1.x - dev versions but this condition never returns true even if there is only 1 default points category.
Event:
User was awarded points
This is rule condition summary.
Parameter: Data to compare: [userpoints-transaction:tid], Data value: General
If i delete this condition this event -> action is triggered when points are awarded.
