I followed the video screencast on the module homepage click for click and could not reproduce the behaviour in Drupal 6.28 with webform 6.x.3 and Webform Conditional 6.x.1, the only way to get this great feature working is to upgrade to D7, a pain in the but, woud have appreciated if at least it worked in D6, it works as exactly the video cast shows you in D7.

Correction, my mistake it does work on 6.28, the issue I had was that I had ckeditor 4.11 also installed and in the conditonals text area where you put the value that defines the display of the conditional list, ckeditor also puts html tags around any value tht you put in the text area so nothing shows up and then gives the impresion it does not work, in Drupal 7 however this has not been tested.

If would be good if you could define acces rules between modules, and turn off ckeditor with the webform conditional module.

I think you can ckeditor to not take affect on certain paths. The same problem you are having would happen with or without Webform Conditional because that input text area is there for the multi-page conditionals that Webform 3.x supports
