I have unzipped Nodestream and have walked through the set up configuration. But at the end it gives these kind of errors
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 83886080 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 76 bytes) in /customers/d/0/a/infofreedom.net/httpd.www/includes/registry.inc on line 37

Now on http://drupal.org/node/457416#comment-7364930 there is talk of this problem and it can be addressed by changing the php.ini file. But you know what, I cannot find this file. Newbe, I told you.
Further more what is Drush?? and GIT??? Where to get ? Or are they allready installed with Nodestream?
pffff

php.ini is not part of Drupal--you can make your own. Ask your host for more details.

Drush you need to install--see the docs there.

Git is a Linux tool, not part of Drupal in reality.
