When I try to create a new user from an admin account, I get logged out when I get to the add a user page.

Disabling Avatar Selection fixes the issue.

I tried both dev and release version

Working on 5.4 drupal.

Clarification: My install is working on/based on 5.4 (soon to be 5.5) - the issue still exists.
