Well drupal seems nice, though i'm confused about group permissions
i was checking spreadfirefox.com and as i see they removed the
Options
Published
In moderation queue
Promoted to front page
Sticky at top of lists
Create new revision

how can i do that? to normal users?

Go to the role permissions page and turn OFF the administer nodes (under node/s) setting.

Only roles with this setting enabled are able to change the settings you are talking about. If they can't change them, they don't appear.

now what about removing the auto "Published" >_<

If you look under administer ->content there is a tab label 'configure'.
Click on it, then click on 'default workflow'.

You should see a table with all the content types you have enable.
You should be able to uncheck "published" to do what you want.
(Note, if you add a content type later, you will need to do this again for the new content type)
