When I test this module by linking to a webform from a distinct domain and submitting a form, I get the following footer:

That is what was found from the google cookie, I believe they remember whatever was initially set within the past 30 minutes. Clear your cookies for that domain, do the refer click, resubmit the form. You should see something more accurate.
