Don't have conditions to reproduce it atm, but this directory structure

root/drupal/
root/profile/backup/backups
root/drupal/profiles/symlink to "root/profile"

caused drush to complete lock up when looking for command files in root/profile/profiles/symlink to "root/profile" when drupal was backed up to backups. Assuming it has to do with the symlink. (Also, backups at that location, bad idea, so is user error, but it'd be nice if drush handled it more elegant)
