MBP selects wrong file

When selecting images on the Library (MBP) tab of the media selector, the incorrect image occasionally is selected. This only seems to occur when selecting files that are shown in a page after the first. Also, the incorrect image is consistently the same image regardless of the actual selected image.

Theme is custom, but based on Omega
Cache settings: At minimal, site is still in development
Environment: Local dev, OSX, running MAMP
