Where have the "Promote" and "Sticky" publishing options gone?
On the content editing screen for all content types, I only see the "Revision" publishing option.
I realize "Promote" and "Sticky" are 'hidden' on the content editing screen for a reason, but if I import some content types, content, and views that use the "Sticky" publishing option I need to be able to re-expose this.

merlinofchaos commentedPanelizer does not affect these items at all. They're controlled by Drupal core and Panelizer leaves them alone. Perhaps you need to enable the proper permissions to modify these values.

defconjuan commentedFYI - if anyone else looks here (aka "the wrong place") for this feature, it's a part of
PanelsPanopoly and has been added as a new feature. See: http://drupal.org/node/1985678#comment-7415998(Thanks for noting the typo merlin)

merlinofchaos commentedAnd by "Panels" you mean "Panopoly" which aren't the same thing at all.
