I'm wondering if anyone has been able to (or tried) altering the nice-menu module to allow the parent/children sub-menus to display horizontally rather than vertically.

I'm pretty sure I've zeroed my quest down to lines 203 - 232 of nicemenu.module, but I'm as of yet unsuccessful with the whole "making it do what I want" thing.

Any help would be appreciated.
