Zen Grid Changes not affect in layout [#1986104]

In drupal 7 website, Zen subtheme's responsive-design layout changes not affect in website layout.

If i made any changes in responsive-sidebars.scss and compiled by compass then website layout is changed according to new changes. If i revert changes and compiled once again but i couldn't get corresponding result, It shows only the first modified design layout.

Please help to recover this issue.

I am also having this problem. The responsive CSS rules work when I decrease the width of my browser on my computer, but they do not work on my phone. I have another site with this same theme, the only difference being the multisite setup, and it works fine, which makes me think this issue is something related to the multisite setup. Would definitely appreciate any ideas!

I figured out my problem. I had an old version of Zen in the same folder (a copy--I had renamed it zen_old), but I had forgotten to change the .info file, so it was causing conflicts with the new version of Zen. When I removed the old version from the folder, everything worked as it was supposed to.
