Hi,
Yesterday after updating 10 or so modules, i noticed I couldn't properly post articles in Full HTML format.
Further investigation showed that all FULL HTML articles with more than a paragraph or two or text were now empty.
I noticed that articles could be posted in filtered HTML.
I examined the differences in filters and saw that filtered HTML didn't have the video filter in the CKEditor, and FULL HTML was using the video filter in the CKEDITOR.

Turning off the Video filter appears to have fixed my articles.

i am having the same problem. Using latest D7 core and dev version of ckeditor with latest javascript of ckeditor.

I am seeing the error below when video_embed is enabled in ckeditor

TypeError: r is null
