I am reporting http://drupal.org/node/765098 to moderators because: unfortunately, Eclipse is no longer supporting a PHP development version. They are just redirecting users to install the PHP tools through the help function. This can be seen at: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/php_package.php:

Due to lack of a package maintainer for the Indigo release there will be no PHP (PDT) package. If you would like to install PDT into your Eclipse installtion you can do so by using the Install New Software feature from the Help Menu and installing the PHP Development Tools (PDT) SDK Feature from the Eclipse Indigo Repo >> http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo

I moved that whole section on installing Eclipse to the archive. Installation of third party software is out of scope for the Drupal docs (unless there is something Drupal-specific about the instructions).
