Hi,
I have successfully been able to migrate Node - Content Taxonomy Values using: http://drupal.org/node/1351880#comment-7375044
But how can I migrate the D6 "normal" Taxonomy Nodetype terms. The ones on which you had to select per taxonomy on which nodetype they should be used.

I Have D6 Hierarchical Select widget on those terms. And of course they are not shown under Managed Fields under Contenttype. Because the content type had no term reference field on D6.

Thanks a lot for helping me. It is a database of 1000 nodes so manually altering is not an option.
