In theme settings I've changed the text for both of the top bar slide button positions (up and down) .. works fine. However I have a multilingual site and need to translate this to Spanish:

1. The up text appears in the translation interface (/admin/config/regional/translate/translate) but not the down text
2. If I translate the up text then that text is used on the Spanish pages for both up and down! (the English pages still display correctly with the relevant up/down text and in both languages the button functionality works correctly.)
